We ship from our warehouse at Jakarta, order processing time requires at least 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods and if an item you ordered is out of stock order processing times may be delayed.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday from 7am - 5pm GMT+7 (INDONESIA Time). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday GMT+7 (INDONESIA Time) will be processed Monday GMT+7 (INDONESIA Time).

We offer FREE SHIPPING to WORLDWIDE by Global Registered Airmail with tracking number on all order above $100

Missdelivered / Returned Parcel

We are not responsible if your parcel is missdelivered or returned to us due to :
1. You supplying of a wrong / invalid delivery address during order information.
2. You failure to pick up your parcel at the post office or when the courier delivery to your address. 
3. Decline by custom rules on your country.

In the event that your parcel is returned to us, we can resend it to you but you will have to pay full shipping and handling fee that was originally charged per order by Shipping company. If you would like to treat it as a return, we will refund the value of the product minus a 30% restocking fee. Shipping fee will not be refunded


We do not offer any returns or exchanges for reason of buyer remorse (purchase wrong colour/model/prescription/etc.) Therefore, please be 100% sure about what do you want to buy before placing your order. 

All product purchased online are non-returnable or exchangable. Unless under the circumstances as below :
  • Torn or Broken of the contact lens which SEALED in the bottle / sterile packaging.
  • Photo proof is a MUST : customer is required to submit clear and close up photo of the defective lenses.
  • We will accept 1 to 1 exchange for the torn or broken lenses due to manufacture. Exchange only accept if it unopened and to be returned within 7 days after receiving. No return will be accepted after 7 days.
  • All return must be returned unopened and sealed. No exchangeable if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product cause by customer.
  • Tingling on use or uncomfortable using after the product is opened, we are sorry, the products that you have bought cannot be returned or refunded.
